Shipping policy

Every Awkward AF tee is printed to order by our print partner, then shipped straight to you. Here's how long that takes.

Processing

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2 working days. During busy periods it can take a little longer.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

United Kingdom	6 to 10 working days
United States	7 to 12 working days
Germany, France, Italy	6 to 10 working days
Australia, Canada	7 to 12 working days
Rest of the world	10 to 30 working days

These are estimates, not promises. Carriers have bad days too.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on how many items you order. Orders over £50 in the UK, or over $50 to the US, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Canada, ship free. Free shipping isn't available to the rest of the world.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from our print partner's production facility. Depending on where you live, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority or the carrier. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the time shown above, or tracking hasn't moved in a while, email us at erm.hello@awkwardaf.store with your order number and we'll chase it. If it's genuinely lost, we'll reprint it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it but may need to charge for the extra shipping.
