These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

Products

Our products are printed to order. We try to show colours and designs accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour and print placement are normal for print on demand.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include any taxes we're required to charge. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your country may apply (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains what happens if an item is faulty, damaged, wrong or lost, and our approach to change-of-mind returns for printed-to-order products.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics, images and other content on this site belong to Awkward AF. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using our site

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or suspend the site at any time.

Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Mental health

Our designs are about anxiety, awkwardness and mental health, but we're a clothing brand, not a support service. If you're struggling, please speak to your GP or contact a support organisation such as Mind (mind.org.uk) or Samaritans (116 123 in the UK and Ireland).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts and benefit from your local consumer protections.
